What we offer

  • Moderne Vertriebsstruktur statt Excel-Chaos
Wir arbeiten digital und mit System (z. B. HubSpot). Keine Zettelwirtschaft, sondern smarte Prozesse, die dir die Arbeit erleichtern.
  • Kein Callcenter-Feeling

Possible areas of responsibility

  • Erklären in einfacher Sprache
Viele unserer Mandant:innen lernen gerade erst Deutsch.
  • Saubere Dokumentation in unseren Systemen

What we expect

  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Lust darauf
Du hast schon im Service gearbeitet? Perfekt.
  • Ruhe in stressigen Momenten
  • Diskretion
Du gehst mit sensiblen Daten verantwortungsvoll um. Schweigepflicht ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Lernbereitschaft
Rechtliche Vorkenntnisse brauchst du nicht. Interesse daran, dich einzuarbeiten, aber schon.
  • Keine formellen Voraussetzungen

Mach dir keinen Stress mit Zeugnissen – zeig uns einfach, was du kannst.

Not just any employer

Good work happens where people can flourish. That's why we offer you a working environment like no other.

We are not perfect

But definitely more relaxed than most employers. We have less bureaucracy and more massages. Sounds good? We thought so too.
Four company events a year. At least!
Summer party, Christmas party, or Halloween bash. We celebrate whatever we can (and sometimes just for the sake of it).
In-house fitness area
Want to quickly hit the weights or the treadmill? With us, you can work out before work, after work, or even in between.
Breaks with a feel-good factor
Fancy a game of table tennis with your colleagues or a massage? Our Feelgood Manager ensures that you can take a breather in between.

This is what your working day could look like

No two days are the same for us. But here is an example.
8:30 a.m.
Arriving & Getting Oriented
Grab a cup of coffee, put on your headset, and boot up the system. You check what came in overnight: new tickets, missed calls, and pending callbacks. Then you sort out what needs to be done first today.
9:00 a.m.
Quick Team Check-In
Discuss as a team what needs to be done: Is there a topic right now that’s generating a lot of questions? Is there any news from the back office that you need to share? Quickly go over the details, and then let’s get started.
9:30 a.m.
The First Calls
The phone rings. Someone wants to know how much longer the process will take; someone else has received a letter from the agency and doesn’t understand it. You listen, check the system, and calmly explain what the next step is.
11:00 a.m.
Clarify and forward inquiries
Some questions require further investigation. You gather the relevant context, forward the information to the case manager or the legal team, and give the client a firm commitment as to when they will receive a response.
12:30 p.m.
Lunch break in the courtyard
Take off your headset. Sit outside in the sun with your coworkers, chat briefly about something else, and grab a pizza or a sandwich from the bakery around the corner.
1:30 p.m.
Follow-ups & Reminders
You work through your list: Who is still waiting for a reply? Who is missing documents? You call them back, give them a friendly reminder, and check the items off your list.
2:30 p.m.
Feel-Good Break
Time for yourself. A quick massage from our Feel-Good Manager, a round of table tennis, or simply ten minutes of quiet time. Then you’ll be ready to get back on the phone, feeling refreshed.
3:00 p.m.
Afternoon Inquiries & Documentation
The second wave of calls. You take in new requests, provide status updates, and update your notes so that your colleagues can pick up right where they left off tomorrow.
4:30 p.m.
Conclusion & Looking Ahead
You check to see if anything else needs to be sent out today, set reminders for outstanding items, and let people know if you’ve come across the same question multiple times. You head home with the satisfying feeling that you’ve helped ease a lot of people’s worries today.

That goes without saying for us.

Pet-Friendly Office
Dogs, cats, hamsters, parrots—anything is possible. Just coordinate with your team.
Work-life balance
You decide when and how you work. Nine-to-five is a thing of the past. With us, nothing is set in stone.
Budget for everything you need
New tools, a better chair, or cool (useful) extras? Just let us know what you need!
Further education & training
Want to learn new skills or move to a different department? With training, courses, and everything else that helps you get ahead.
Take a spontaneous vacation? You can!
With us, you can plan days off at short notice without weeks of coordination.
Complimentary beverages at any time
We offer complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks on every floor. What, not everyone does that?

It never gets boring
I appreciate the trust that my bosses place in me. I particularly like the collegial atmosphere and the variety of tasks in accounting. It's definitely never boring, and I'm more than happy to have been part of the team for almost a year now. Best decision ever!
Denise
accounting staff member
The nice little perks of everyday life
Open communication on an equal footing throughout the company and, of course, the nice little benefits in everyday working life, such as employee events, a feel-good manager, and free drinks. Employees should feel comfortable—it's a win-win situation!
Tim
sales representative
Exciting challenges
I work at Migrando because every day is full of exciting challenges and this team doesn't make me feel like I'm past my prime.
Belona
customer service representative
Good relations among colleagues
I really appreciate our tolerant bosses, and the provision of free hot and cold drinks is not something to be taken for granted. I particularly like the good rapport among colleagues and the little breaks during working hours, whether it's a head, back, or foot massage.
Silvia
postal worker
Young, bold, and open-minded
Migrando is young, bold, and cosmopolitan. Age is irrelevant here. After 40 years in the workforce, I finally no longer hear: "We've always done it this way!"
Ralf
media designer
A modern employer
Lots of training opportunities, real career advancement opportunities, flexible working hours, working from home, and a really cool team. A modern employer that fully supports me both professionally and privately!
Manuel
Social Media Team Leader

Questions? We have answers.

Do I need to have a cover letter?

No—a traditional cover letter is not a requirement for us. Your application does not need to follow any formal structure. You simply need to convince us. We would appreciate a friendly email in which you briefly introduce yourself. We are interested in who you are and why you would like to become part of our team.

How does the application process work?

Quick and easy. After you submit your application, we’ll review your materials and get back to you as soon as possible. We receive a large number of applications, so we ask for your understanding if we can’t provide immediate feedback. In many cases, we unfortunately don’t have the capacity to send out rejection letters. This is followed by a brief introductory conversation—preferably in person, or otherwise via video call or phone. From there, we’ll discuss everything on a case-by-case basis—whether there will be further interviews, what our mutual expectations are, and so on.

What will my first day be like?

It’s completely relaxed. We make a point of taking plenty of time for your onboarding—no one here is thrown in at the deep end. Depending on your position, you’ll receive either a brief or a more comprehensive crash course on the legal issues we encounter every day. Along the way, you’ll get to know not only your own team but all the other teams as well, gain insight into our processes, systems, and tools—and gradually grow into your responsibilities. Of course, your first day will look very different depending on your role.

How often do I have to be in the office?

We enjoy being in the office because teamwork simply works better when we can see each other. Nevertheless, we understand that flexibility is important. That's why you're welcome to work from home—just discuss it with your team first.

Is the position temporary?

Our goal is to work together long-term and grow together. That's why we strive to offer permanent contracts. Our hiring process is not a mass production line. We discuss the contract individually with each applicant—including the probationary period and fixed-term contracts.

Is there a probationary period?

We’re completely transparent: We generally have a probationary period, which usually lasts 3 to 6 months. Experience shows that both sides benefit from this. But don’t worry—we don’t enjoy letting colleagues go either. Before it comes to that, we’ll have several feedback meetings where we can discuss everything.

What does my team look like?

You can already meet some of our team on our team page!

Where is the office?

Our office is located in Cottbus, right in the center, on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße. You can find out more about the location here.

How much vacation time do I get?

Everyone at our company gets 25 days of annual leave. However, this depends on your weekly working hours.

Can I also submit an unsolicited application?

Absolutely! We welcome people who show initiative. If you think your strengths would be a good fit for us, but there are no suitable positions advertised at the moment, please get in touch anyway. We are always open to good ideas—and good people.

Just send us an email at karriere@migrando.de.

How big is the team?

We now have over 80 colleagues—a diverse group from a wide variety of fields, with different personalities and backgrounds. Despite our growth, our team spirit remains close-knit. It goes without saying that we all call each other by our first names (or nicknames)—and that will never change.

Do you have a dress code?

Just one: Clothes would be nice. Otherwise, wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Whether sneakers and jeans or a shirt and blazer. And don't worry—you don't have to wear the Migrando sweater. But you will get one!

Can I bring my dog?

That is entirely possible. In general, a lot is possible with us. As long as your work performance and office environment do not suffer, you can do almost anything with us. Just talk to your team leader about it.

Can't find what you're looking for? Just send an email to karriere@migrando.de and we'll be happy to help you at any time.

Say hello!

Doubts? Don't worry!

Experience that counts? That's exactly right!

Not every point is a 100% match? Apply anyway!

Want to take on real responsibility? Great!
